Description

Touching live performance of "All You Need Is Love" by the Fab Four. They are all dressed up and chewing gum. Watch out for Mick Jagger humming and actually shyly singing! A rarity.

Those of you interested in this song may want to check: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHstgfK-vjw. In a relatively recent interview, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr and producer George Martin discuss its meaning and its connection to the 'Summer of Love' and the whole hippy scenario.

Meaning

The song says it all. I don´t think I'll be able to express the same things in less than 1,000 words (and it'll be considerably more boring). In my opinion, its meaning is much deeper than you could imagine, especially considering the simplicity of the refrain... But then, less is more, right?

This song of "The Beatles" can serve us to practise the different pronunciation can /can't, and in addition the infinitive and participle of some verbs. It’s a slow and melodic song, so it’s easy to learn it, if we have time.
