A DROP IN THE BUCKET= a very small proportion of it. On this video they play with both meanings of the word DROP. It may mean "to fall down" and it may mean (as in the original expression) that little portion of a liquid that forms a unit, as in the drops of water that make up rain.
FAUCET= AmE for TAP (BrE), it’s the device we turn on to get water running in the kitchen or the bathroom.
GIVETH, TAKETH= some centuries ago, the third person singular of the present tense of verbs added –ETH (pronounced "ith"). Later, the ending changed to –S, so in modern English we would say "gives, takes".
THE FAUCET GIVETH AND THE FAUCET TAKETH AWAY= it’s a parody of the expression "God giveth and God taketh away", meaning that all we have comes from God, and if we lose it, it’s ok because it wasn’t really ours, it was God’s, so he can give and take away from us freely. A saying to accept the hard things of life with resignation.
GREEN DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN GO!= A reference to traffic lights, where red means "stop" and green means "go".
