Description

A nice nursery rhyme (traditional British song for kids) to practise the numbers.

Transcript

1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Once I caught a fish alive
6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Then I let it go again
Why did you let it go?
Because it bit my finger so!
Which finger did it bite?
This little finger on the right

1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Una vez capturé un pez vivo
6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Luego lo dejé marchar otra vez
¿Por qué le dejaste escapar?
¡Porque me mordió el dedo mucho!
¿Qué dedo te mordió?
Este dedo chiquitín de mi derecha.

Explanations

A fish should be IT, not HE, but in children's stories animals are often treated as "people" (especially if they can speak) so they use HE/SHE. Anyway, this song is usually sang with IT, not HE, but on this video they say IT.
