Para hacer exclamaciones hemos visto WHAT y HOW:

con sustantivos (con o sin adjetivo):
- What a house! = ¡qué casa!, ¡menuda casa!, ¡vaya casa!
- What a big house! =¡qué casa tan grande!, ¡qué casa más grande!
con adjetivos (sin sustantivo):
- How big! = ¡qué grande!

Pero también podemos hacer exclamaciones con SO y SUCH:

con sustantivos (con o sin adjetivo):
- This is such a house! = ¡menuda casa es esta!
- This is such a big house! = ¡esta es una casa tan grande!
como ves, en español no hay una construcción equivalente al SUCH con sustantivos

con adjetivos (sin sustantivo):
- This house is so big! = ¡esta casa es tan grande! esta casa es grandísima
- I'm so happy! = ¡soy tan feliz! ¡soy super feliz! estoy contentísimo
- You're so beautiful! = ¡eres tan guapa! eres guapísima
como ves, el SO equivale a nuestro TAN, pero también equivale a nuestros superlativos terminados en -ÍSIMO

SUCH o SUCH A?

Si el sustantivo tiene por naturaleza el artículo indefinido, entonces también lo tendrá en la exclamación, si no, no:
- that's a house -- that's such a house! (= eso es una casa -- ¡menuda casa que es!)
- you're nice boys -- you're such nice boys!
- this is wine -- this is such wine!
