Great video for predicting. No voice. Students can brainstorm predictions by watching the video and pausing it at minute 1:40 and then at minute 2:10. The two peak moments of this video (from my point of view).

What will happen?

Alternatively we can get the students to create a short story about "The Black Hole". Describing the plot and inventing some kind of end or just creating the story from the scratch. Good for writing practice and vocabulary building.

Students can also analyse how the character reacts and they can work on the moral of the story.

Using imagination and lateral thinking in the EFL classroom reinforces acquisition and helps internalise and personalise language.
