Because access to education should be free and available to every human being, no matter their residence or their income.
Building, upgrading and maintaining this free website takes a huge lot of time, effort, dedication and money, so some kind of monetization is absolutely needed if only to cover part of that amount.
As most of you know, this site was closed down for about one month due to lack of funding. The donations received then to support the site made the reopening possible... for the time being.
I'm looking for a permanent solution (most probably advertisements) but it takes time to find the right system and even more time to make it profitable.
