NERVOUS= /nɜ:*vəs/

BEYOND= Further than (“further” is the irregular comparative of “far”).

RUPEES= The currency of India.

SLUMDOG= Underdog from the slums........ Slum + underdog = Slumdog!!! Basically a poor kid coming from poverty stricken areas. An underdog is one that is at a disadvantage (a poor soul).
